Do You Charge a Fee for Your Services?
Concierge Travelling does not charge fees for luxury hotel bookings at properties like Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Dorchester, Rosewood, Oetker, Peninsula, Belmond, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and Mandarin Oriental.
However, we do charge a professional planning fee based on the complexity of your trip. This covers the time of our advisors, their expertise, and the personalized support we provide throughout your journey.
How Do Hotel Reservation Charges Appear on My Credit Card?
We work directly with the hotel’s sales and reservations departments, so any charges to your credit card will come from the property itself.
What Special Amenities and Benefits Are Included?
As an affiliate of FORA and a Virtuoso member, Concierge Travelling is able to offer complimentary amenities and benefits at our preferred hotels at no additional cost to you. While the benefits may vary, they typically include:

What Types of Trips Do You Book?
We specialize in a wide range of travel, from corporate bookings for executives to leisure getaways, romantic escapes, staycations, and anniversary trips. We also handle special events like the Super Bowl and other citywide occasions. For group bookings of 9 or more rooms, we negotiate discounted rates to ensure a smooth and memorable experience while saving you time and effort.
