5. Booking Process

5.1 Booking Requests: When making a booking through Concierge Travelling, you must provide accurate and complete information, including travel dates, hotel preferences, and payment details.

5.2 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive an email or other notification from us or the hotel. We will confirm availability and process your request as soon as possible.

5.3 Changes to Bookings: After confirmation, any changes to your booking may be subject to fees, availability, and the hotel’s policies. Concierge Travelling will assist with these changes but cannot guarantee any adjustments once a reservation is confirmed.

5.4 User Responsibility for Information: You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during the booking process is accurate and up-to-date. Concierge Travelling is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Payment Authorization: Concierge Travelling does not charge any fees to your card or process any payments directly. All payments related to hotel reservations are processed directly by the property or service provider. When you book through Concierge Travelling, you authorize the hotel or service provider to charge your payment method for the amount due.

6.2 No Service Fees for Booking: Concierge Travelling does not charge any service fees for making luxury hotel bookings. However, service providers (hotels, resorts, etc.) may impose charges, and these are not within our control.

6.3 Currency and Taxes: All pricing provided on our offer is in USD unless stated otherwise. Your final payment may include applicable taxes and additional charges as determined by the hotel or service provider. Any differences in currency exchange rates or taxes are solely your responsibility.

6.4 Payment Terms: Payments must be made directly to the hotel or service provider at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the hotel's policies. Some service providers may offer non-refundable rates or other special terms, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.

6.5 Unauthorized Payments: Concierge Travelling is not responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent payment transactions. You must immediately notify us of any such transactions, and we may assist in resolving the issue by contacting the appropriate third party (e.g., the hotel or service provider).

7. Cancellations and Modifications

7.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or modifications to bookings are subject to the hotel or service provider’s policies. Please review these policies at the time of booking, as they may include non-refundable rates, cancellation deadlines, or penalties. Concierge Travelling is not responsible for charges or penalties imposed by the hotel or service provider.

7.2 No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on the confirmed date and fail to cancel or modify your booking as per the hotel’s policy, you may incur a penalty charge or be charged for the full stay.

7.3 Refunds: Any refunds due to cancellations or adjustments are handled directly by the hotel or service provider in accordance with their policies. Concierge Travelling is not responsible for issuing refunds outside of those policies.

15.7 Non-transferability: Reservations made through Concierge Travelling are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by us. You may not assign or transfer your booking to another person without written consent from Concierge Travelling.
